The Global Sales Support Team at Aveva is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its ranks. As a member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success while contributing to the growth and development of the Field Sales team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations role, with expertise in software quotes and orders, particularly with subscription products. Proficiency in CRM and Sales Enablement tools, especially Salesforce CRM and CPQ, is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the Field Sales organization via phone, email, and web channels.
  • Support includes but is not limited to: Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, data and contract management.
  • Quality assurance support for sales processes and tools.
  • Create training content to support sales processes and tools.
  • Develop business acumen by working with Field Sales to understand how they utilize systems to solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate with different Aveva departments to deliver and improve service to Account Managers.
  • Help define and maintain sales processes and data governance.
  • Grow technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in Salesforce, including CPQ, sales methodologies, sales business intelligence, and content management systems.
  • Work on other projects relevant to the Sales Support Team.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
