Sales Representative for French Speaking Clients in Barcelona

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. The ideal candidate will have strong background in B2B sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver expert guidance and consultative account management to both clients and partners.
- Cultivate a business atmosphere that encourages sustainable growth within accounts.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, ensuring insights into their strategies, plans, and competitive activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities within current accounts to drive expansion.
- Develop tailored commercial and technical proposals to address client requirements.
- Enhance profitability by actively managing accounts and meeting sales quotas and targets.
- Monitor, manage, and report on ongoing activities related to the sales pipeline.
You will be working closely with channel partners and managing client accounts to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements- Native French speaker with professional English proficiency (B2 level).
- Strong background in B2B sales, complemented by excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and a drive to achieve sales objectives.
- Experience in working with channel partners or managing client accounts.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage sales pipelines and report on activities.
- Competitive annual base salary of €65,000.
- Additional yearly benefits totaling €7,400, including health insurance.
- Meal allowance of €1,100 per year (Ticket Restaurant).
- Relocation assistance of up to €500 for flights and support in finding accommodation.
