About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. The ideal candidate will have strong background in B2B sales and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert guidance and consultative account management to both clients and partners.
  • Cultivate a business atmosphere that encourages sustainable growth within accounts.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, ensuring insights into their strategies, plans, and competitive activities.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within current accounts to drive expansion.
  • Develop tailored commercial and technical proposals to address client requirements.
  • Enhance profitability by actively managing accounts and meeting sales quotas and targets.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on ongoing activities related to the sales pipeline.

You will be working closely with channel partners and managing client accounts to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements
  • Native French speaker with professional English proficiency (B2 level).
  • Strong background in B2B sales, complemented by excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and a drive to achieve sales objectives.
  • Experience in working with channel partners or managing client accounts.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage sales pipelines and report on activities.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual base salary of €65,000.
  • Additional yearly benefits totaling €7,400, including health insurance.
  • Meal allowance of €1,100 per year (Ticket Restaurant).
  • Relocation assistance of up to €500 for flights and support in finding accommodation.
