Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented French Speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and culturally rich city, engaging with clients from diverse industries in the French-speaking market.
About the Role: Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points, and propose tailored software solutions. Regularly engage with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to build rapport and trust.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher). Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Prior sales experience, particularly in the software industry, is advantageous but not required.
