David Kennedy Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company based in Barcelona, Spain. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Developer to join their team.
**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity for a native or fluent French speaker to develop a strong career in sales. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying key decision-makers and potential clients within target companies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop a steady stream of sales opportunities for Field Sales Representatives.
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers and potential clients within target companies.
- Generate leads by qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings, tracking appointments, and presenting products and solutions.
- Effectively execute telemarketing campaigns tailored to specific segments and ensure long-term success.
**Requirements:**
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Strong understanding of IT, with a preference for experience in storage environments.
- In-depth knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques.
- Experience in outbound sales or similar sales roles.
- Strong track record of identifying new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated transparent and accountable work practices.
- Highly organized, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
