We are Eco Plus Solutions, an innovative digital marketing agency located in Barcelona. Our team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions that drive results using Google products.
Role Overview:As a skilled Digital Marketing Expert fluent in French, you will be crucial in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives using Google's tools. You will collaborate closely with our team to design and manage effective marketing campaigns, providing expert guidance to our clients. Proficiency in French is essential for creating campaigns that effectively reach French-speaking audiences. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely three days a week and be present in our Barcelona office for two days.
Salary Estimate: €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement detailed marketing strategies utilizing Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Market Insights: Perform in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior in French-speaking regions.
  • Client Advisory: Offer professional advice to clients on marketing tactics and campaign management, ensuring their objectives and target audiences are effectively addressed.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various Google platforms, focusing on maximizing performance and return on investment.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and assess campaign performance metrics, producing comprehensive reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with content teams to ensure that all marketing materials, ad copy, and landing pages are aligned with campaign goals and tailored for French-speaking audiences.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress and responding to any queries or concerns.
  • Performance Enhancement: Employ strategies to refine ad performance, including A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed documentation of campaign strategies, results, and insights to inform future marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in French, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, assess campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
