Job Summary
The Senior Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving store success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding sales and productivity targets. As a brand ambassador, you will embody Coach's luxury aesthetic and provide tailored service to each customer, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing Coach selling skills and service training to achieve sales and productivity goals
- Representing Coach to the consumer, acting as a brand ambassador, and ensuring customer needs are consistently exceeded
- Maintaining high energy on the sales floor, consistently achieving sales goals, and working with multiple customers simultaneously
- Anticipating and meeting customers' needs, servicing all customers according to Coach Approach standards, and participating as a team member
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess:
- Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
