Glovo is a fast-growing startup that's revolutionizing the way people connect with their everyday needs. We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Partners Strategy Associate in Africa.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior executives from sales and business development to set and implement our Partners strategy and drive key business initiatives. You'll analyze results, identify opportunities to improve processes, and drive positive change. You'll also develop outstanding insights on our markets, competitors, and business trends, and disseminate this knowledge across Glovo Africa to inform key decisions on partner acquisition.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in management consulting and/or corporate strategy/account management. You should have a high analytical approach, result-oriented, and excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports. You should also be able to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Partners strategy for Africa

  • Lead and execute partner performance projects within the region

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy/account management
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/numerical or commercial field
  • Data-driven with a high analytical approach and result-oriented
  • Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
