About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Growth & Business Developer to join our team at Byld | Corporate Venture Builder. As a key member of our Growth & Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporations.

Your primary responsibility will be to target and engage with potential corporate partners, attending sales meetings and learning how to effectively pitch Byld's value proposition. You will also attend industry events and conferences to generate new leads and build relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Growth & Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead acquisition strategies that drive business growth and funnel automation. You will work closely with our Marketing team to create and publish communication artifacts, such as articles and social media posts, to promote Byld's expertise and thought leadership.

We are looking for a candidate with a user-centric approach and business design experience, as well as a proven track record of finding business opportunities and understanding the corporate innovation landscape. If you are a creative and analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target and engage with potential corporate partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend sales meetings and learn how to effectively pitch Byld's value proposition
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new leads and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute lead acquisition strategies to drive business growth and funnel automation
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to create and publish communication artifacts
Requirements
  • User-centric approach and business design experience
  • Proven track record of finding business opportunities and understanding the corporate innovation landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
