We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth & Business Developer to join our team at Byld | Corporate Venture Builder. As a key member of our Growth & Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities with corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate partners to build strategic relationships
  • Develop and execute lead acquisition strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and publish communication artifacts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our ecosystem in various industries and verticals
  • Work closely with the G&BD team to generate new business opportunities and close partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field
  • User-centric approach and business and service design experience
  • Demonstrated experience finding business opportunities
  • Understanding of the corporate innovation world, including stakeholders, motivations, and needs
  • 1-2 years of consultancy or agency experience in strategy or sales B2B
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
