We're seeking a skilled IT Field Services Engineer to join our team. As an IT Field Services Engineer, you will administer, test, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Infrastructure architectures to include all related Information Systems and their components.
You will provide 2nd level support for Information System related issues, including its relative subcomponents. You will evaluate, test, and contribute to recommendations on Information Systems and their impact on existing system configurations.
As an IT Field Services Engineer, you will research and resolve moderately to highly complex technical problems. You will support Windows Client Administration, be the Microsoft Endpoint Manager, have MS Active Directory and MS Office 365 knowledge, and support internal customers with technical questions and support issues.
You will focus on Installation, relocation, or maintenance of hardware (primarily endpoints). You will plan, coordinate, and execute office openings, moves, and closures.
About you: Prior technical experience in a 24 x 7 IT environment, good communication skills, oral, written and presentation, effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
