About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Leroy Merlin Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes
  • Oversee the talent acquisition specialist team, ensuring consistency in processes and procedures
  • Analyze and improve existing recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met
  • Collaborate with corporate areas to align employer branding with commercial strategy
  • Develop and implement process and technology improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition roles, preferably in the retail sector
  • Expertise in team coordination and planning, as well as people analytics and HRIS
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • English proficiency level
  • Working experience in Agile environments/methodologies
