**Job Summary**

Skysys is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide top-notch technical support for our End User Computing devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality technical support for all End User Computing devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobility solutions.
  • Lead on the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests to achieve high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimum operational and business benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Zoom Meeting Rooms, Microsoft Office 2010, Office 365 products, Windows 10 desktops, and more.
  • Utilize IT tools such as SCCM OS deployment, Intune Autopilot OS deployment, Microsoft MFA, and Service NOW Ticketing tool.

**Requirements**

  • 2-5 years of experience providing end-user support for PC desktop and application software.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows (version 10 preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Operating Systems.
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience and ability to read technical manuals.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, Skype, VPN, and mobile device support.
  • Knowledge of IMAC, SLA's, and Asset management, ITIL.
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, DNS, Proxy servers, and firewalls.
