Job Summary:

SkySys is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide top-notch technical support for our End User Computing devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests, ensuring high standards of customer service and delivering optimal operational and business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for all End User Computing devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobility solutions.
  2. Lead the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in End User Computing.

Requirements:

  1. 2-5 years of experience providing end-user support for PC desktop and application software.
  2. Strong knowledge of Windows (version 10 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
  4. Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
  5. Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Proxy servers, and firewalls.
  6. Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN setups and concepts.
  7. Knowledge of software distribution, patching, and imaging technologies desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Zoom Meeting Rooms, and Service NOW Ticketing tool.
  2. Knowledge of ITIL and IMAC principles.
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
