Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Spain. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting/repairing AVT hardware at customer sites. You will also provide training to customers on the day-to-day use and maintenance of their Esko hardware and front-end/user interface software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot/repair AVT hardware at customer sites
  • Provide training to customers on the day-to-day use and maintenance of their Esko hardware and front-end/user interface software
  • Work in close collaboration with the regional Service manager, Sales, global support, hardware support, and customer support teams to quickly resolve any issues on site
  • Submit detailed service visit reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns
Requirements
  • Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma
  • Experience as a field service engineer
  • Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customers' concerns
  • Good level of mechanical exposure/experience
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
