About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Roche Diagnostics Spain. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch scientific and technical services to our clients, ensuring the highest efficiency and effectiveness in each of your activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain exceptional operability in all assigned solutions, including instruments, reagents, and software, by executing procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance.
  • Train users to handle and use these solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain excellent communication and proactive collaboration with clients, keeping them informed about reagent updates and quality controls.
  • Implement new protocols to enhance their experience.
  • Use CRM to report all activities conducted remotely or on-site, ensuring detailed documentation of technical characteristics and updates as required.
  • Adhere to the quality reporting standards defined by Roche.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.
Requirements
  • High Education Training or Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar.
  • Fluent level of Spanish.
  • Geographic mobility within the national territory.
