Job Title: Field Service Engineer

At Wipro Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for our digital services, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Manage, resolve, and escalate incidents and requests for IT Digital Services group.
  • User management for all digital technologies and tools.
  • Domain registration and domain transfers.
  • Mobile application deployment, signing, and publication through Apple Store and Google Play Stores.
  • Management of data subject access requests (DSAR), focused primarily on CCPA requests, but may also involve GDPR, etc.
  • Management of Digital Inventory assets of websites, web and mobile applications.
  • Providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting/violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in installing & troubleshooting hardware issues for Laptop, Desktop, Printers, and accessories.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, Server setups, and concepts.
  • Ability to perform smart and physical assistance activity under instruction at sites.
  • Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Conference room A/V equipment assistance & troubleshooting.
  • Basic VOIP phone configuration & troubleshooting.
