Job Title: Software Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Field Service Engineer to join our team in EMEA. As a technical leader, you will work on EPMS/DCIM/SCADA projects in the field to provide exceptional on-site service and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site hardware installation and software pre-configuration of Power Management and control systems and next-generation Power Monitoring and SCADA platforms.
  • Work with software configuration engineer on-site to implement system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, de-bugging, pre-configuration, pre-commissioning, FAT, SAT, and training.
  • Support junior Field Service Representatives as they execute jobs in the field and provide troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Assist with procurement and maintenance of PPE for field resources and provide timely, detailed, and accurate site reports on service work performed.
Requirements:
  • Computer science or electrical engineering background with suitable education/qualifications.
  • Relevant years of service experience providing field service for engineering projects of complex working scope.
  • Familiarity with EPMS/DCIM/BMS software offerings and associated products such as SQL and MS/Linux OS.
  • Networking knowledge and certifications, virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V), and teamwork, communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility.
