Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. You will help drive revenue growth while ensuring strong customer contract retention rates and warranty conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve instrumentation performance issues
  • Train customers and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment
Requirements

An associate degree in a technical field, such as biomedical, instrumentation, or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Ability to travel and provide support in assigned geography, as well as periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel.
