Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success & Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (MS CSP) Business Development Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our EMEA CSP Sales team, you will play a critical role in positioning Lenovo as a leader in Microsoft cloud & subscription services.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional and innovative business solutions that complement Lenovo's datacenter products. This will involve prospecting for new business, enabling account managers to generate new leads, and providing ongoing support to retain existing customers through the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide key business stakeholders through technology road mapping processes, including budgeting and purchasing Microsoft 365 and Managed Services on M365, Copilot, etc., through commercial sales: SMB-MM and Enterprise.
- Execute and manage ongoing reporting and cadence with Lenovo and Microsoft stakeholders.
- Provide weekly Lenovo sales and pipeline report for CSP.
- Quarterly plan creation and engagement with Lenovo Services team.
- Partner closely with Microsoft stakeholders to ensure Microsoft assets and business priorities are clearly articulated and demonstrated in merchandising and training tactics.

You will report to the Iberia SSG Leader and participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings with the EMEA Specialized team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good sales expertise, customer service skills, and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for the CSP business for the Iberia market and will work closely with the EMEA CSP Sales Manager ISG.
