Job Summary:

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven French Business Developer Representative to join their team in Barcelona. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through various outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales qualified opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects and educate customers on the company's offerings.
Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision-makers, and build quick rapport and assess needs.
Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions (solution-selling) and build value for next steps in the sales process.
Update and maintain prospect and customer data in the CRM database and manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Native level of French and ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Google Cloud Platform solutions.
Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions, strong business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Benefits:

Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
Competitive salary of €22,785 gross per year, plus up to €2,734 gross per year in bonus.
Relocation package including flight ticket, taxi from the airport in Spain to new accommodation, accommodation in a nice studio (1 month), and support with private health insurance.
