Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register and process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally
  • Update guest information into the computer system after check-in
  • Handle cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, and night audits
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries
  • Resolve guest complaints and requests, liaising with other departments as needed
  • Issue guest room key cards and maintain effective control for guest security
  • Check and convey messages, mail, and packages to guests
  • Assist at the information counter, foreign exchange, night audit, and business center as assigned
  • Have knowledge of hotel rate codes, packages, segmentation, discounts, and how to handle each
  • Handle safe deposit boxes in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager
  • Be aware of hotel accident prevention policies
  • Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the front office area
  • Prepare for daily arrivals, including room allocations, amenities, and special requests
  • Maintain continuous contact with hotel guests to ensure efficient and courteous service
  • Review and update the logbook
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
