Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office team and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in a 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and software
