Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office team and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in a 5-star hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and software
