Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for daily arrivals, including room allocation, amenities, and special requests.
  • Register and process check-in for all arrivals, updating guest information in the computer system.
  • Manage cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits, and settlement upon guest departure.
  • Handle walk-in counter reservations and process call-in reservations when the room reservations section is closed.
  • Provide friendly, smooth, and courteous service to guests, responding promptly to all requests and inquiries.
  • Resolve guest complaints and requests, liaising with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Issue guest room key cards and maintain effective control for guest security.
  • Check and convey messages to guests.
  • Assist at the Information counter, Foreign Exchange, Night Audit, and Business center as assigned.
  • Check Paymaster Accounts and provide feedback to the Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager.
  • Review log books, verify outstanding, and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Identify special assignments for the day and check hotel situation, occupancy, functions, groups, and VIPs.
  • File daily reception reports and documents systematically.

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
