Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the reception team and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Train and induct new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage daily reception duties, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to phone calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
