We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at the Movenpick Hotel Waad Al Shamal. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the reception team and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Train and induct new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage daily reception duties, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to phone calls and emails.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- IT skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong sense of service and hospitality.
- Ability to work effectively as a team and demonstrate a sense of initiative.
