We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Credit Collections Specialist to join our team at Align Technology, Inc. This is a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities- Manage credit risk and collections process to minimize the risk of non-receivable accounts.
- Have daily contact with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Support Financial Accountants in processing customer payments and coordinate follow-up with external collection agencies.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Account Receivables to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare and propose payment plans to customers and credit management.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in credit collections or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Portuguese is considered a plus.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- SAP and Excel knowledge, with experience in Salesforce and BI a plus.
