About the Role

Canonical is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Open Source Sales team in EMEA, Americas, and Asia Pacific. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in these regions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of open source technology and its applications in the enterprise market. They will be able to build and execute a territory plan, allocate accounts to sales representatives, and identify new logo accounts.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent leadership and management skills, who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve sales targets and new account wins. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, and a strong background in sales and marketing.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, a personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year, and an annual compensation review. Our team meets two to four times yearly in interesting locations around the world to align on strategy and execution.
