Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at Sealed Air, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue objectives and expanding market presence. This role requires adept B2B sales skills and a strong understanding of the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market share within the foodservice industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers, to expand our client base and sustain long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure continuous expansion and diversification of our sales portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to our company's success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination for the timely delivery of products and services, enhancing our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • B2B sales experience with a strong understanding of the complexities of our industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the food industry, including industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and articulate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
