Job Overview

Envision Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Northern Virginia.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics industry and be able to leverage this expertise to drive business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Educate clients on products and solutions, including conducting product demonstrations at trade shows and client meetings
  • Conduct market research and manage territory to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide in-service training and ongoing support to customers
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and support customer success
  • Collaborate with Field Service and internal teams to resolve post-sale customer issues
  • Track, report, and manage sales data in an organized and efficient timeframe

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience, specifically within the medical aesthetics field
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; however, 2 additional years of sales experience within the medical technology field can be substituted in place of a degree
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating high-quality leads
  • Strong prospecting, territory management, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Practical communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing and reporting sales activities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to honesty and professional growth
  • Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software experience

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and more.
