Role Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Language Matters. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new high-net-worth clients and growing existing relationships within the Swiss market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships, working closely with Account Executives.
  • Build relationships with new clients through face-to-face meetings and communicate effectively in English and German.
  • Create and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales or Business Development, excellent communication skills, and a commercial mindset. A basic understanding of Salesforce is preferred but not necessary.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum plus commission and various benefits that support your professional development.
