About the Role

You will be part of Sortlist's Sales team focusing on the UK market as a Sales Development Professional. Your primary goal is to build long-lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through their growth journey as a trusted partner.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Acquisition of New Providers:
  • Identify potential prospects and key decision-makers, contributing to the growth of the UK market.
  • Reach out to providers via calls and LinkedIn to arrange meetings.
  • Engage prospects, qualify their needs, and convince them to join Sortlist.
Project Management:
  • Analyze the project funnel daily to activate your provider portfolio for relevant projects.
  • Oversee project implementation by collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Native oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Italian (ideally).
  • A passion for sales and negotiation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, diligence, challenge orientation, and a willingness to learn.
