As a leading player in the market, we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for a major Forex broker recently established in Madrid. This position involves working closely with companies and financial institutions that require efficient foreign exchange exposure management. We enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to trade globally by streamlining traditional procedures.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Making initial contact with new corporate clients via phone calls.
  • Closing new business deals while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring all revenue targets are met in compliance with Bank of Spain/CNMV regulations, prioritizing client interests throughout sales activities.
  • Building strong internal relationships with our trading team.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly performance, quality, and sales call targets.
  • Attending daily morning training sessions and participating in team/market briefings.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in market structure and regulation.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 18-24 months of experience in Forex sales.

  • Goal-oriented and persistent approach to work.
  • B2/C1 level of English proficiency.
