Job Summary
This role will spearhead sales strategy for Broadcom's strategic customers in the Enterprise Security Group portfolio. You will be responsible for driving retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA.
* Drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement by building strong relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
* Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
* Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
* Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target strategic customers.

Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
* Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
* Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Preferred: Fluency in additional European languages and experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
