Job Title: Sales/Business Development InternJob SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Business Development Intern to join our team. As a Sales/Business Development Intern, you will play a critical role in helping us grow and shape Thea Health, working closely with our sales and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive contact list and conduct lead-generating activities, including outbound calls and emails.
- Assist in marketing content and brand development, ensuring a strong online presence.
- Support and follow up on inbound sales leads from prospective B2B customers, understanding their goals and pain points.
- Help prospects understand our B2B value proposition and strive to continuously improve the sales process.
- Learn about healthcare and tech startups, filling gaps as needed (utility player).
- Analyze data and business analytics to inform sales strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Results-oriented, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Independent, with the ability to work with minimal direction.
- Coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Team player, with the ability to adapt to fill gaps.
- Experience using a CRM, especially Hubspot.
- Software development and data experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, especially direct primary care and value-based care.
- Health IT experience, including EMR implementation and telemedicine.
