Senior Program Manager, Heavy Bulky, EU SellerFlex

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our EU SellerFlex program for Heavy Bulky products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps, and scale the EU SellerFlex program.
Key Responsibilities- Own EU SellerFlex Topline (LT) goal
- Own EU5 SF Recruitment (in-partnership with Country Team) goal
- Co-own/ support 3P Heavy Bulky's 3 Year business planning, short-term and long-term strategy to help deliver multi-billion-dollar business
- Understand EU SellerFlex Customer and Seller experience gaps, and define strategies to bridge them
- Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums
- Work with partner teams including Sales, Account Management and Transportation to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate Seller flywheel
- Lead country specific sellers training and readiness program
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience leading process improvements
