Senior Program Manager, Heavy Bulky, EU SellerFlex

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead the EU SellerFlex program for Heavy Bulky, driving strategic initiatives to bridge customer and seller experience gaps. This role will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to scale the EU SellerFlex program, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute EU SellerFlex program strategies to improve customer and seller experience.
  2. Own EU SellerFlex Topline (LT) goal and EU5 SF Recruitment (in partnership with Country Team) goal.
  3. Collaborate with 3P Heavy Bulky's leadership to develop short-term and long-term strategies to drive business growth.
  4. Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums.
  5. Work with partner teams to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate seller flywheel.
  6. Lead country-specific sellers training and readiness program.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in program or project management, with a track record of delivering results.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to represent SellerFlex in senior leadership forums.
  5. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
