Role Overview:

As a key member of our team at myenergi, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and values. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist (Part-time) (FTC 3 months).

About the Role:

As part of our forward-thinking business, you will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors are welcomed and properly signed in. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, and you will be required to manage incoming business communications and ensure they reach the appropriate recipients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Coverage: You will be responsible for covering the main reception area and ensuring that all visitors are greeted and signed in.
  • Communication Management: You will be responsible for managing incoming business communications, including emails and other correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the team, including managing deliveries and informing the relevant department.
  • Security: You will be responsible for maintaining security within the office and ensuring that all internal and outgoing communications are handled confidentially.
  • Liaison with Departments: You will be the first point of contact for myenergi and will be responsible for liaising with all relevant departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: You will have previous experience of working within a customer service or receptionist role.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Administrative Skills: You will have strong administrative and time management skills.
