Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Jujur. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Danish language skills (oral and written)
  • Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Prior experience in customer service or support is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
