Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting our sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-presented.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store is well-presented and visually appealing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
