**Responsibilities:**

* Handle client inquiries and technical complaints related to online banking and phone apps
* Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions
* Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud
* Utilize call and email channels to assist clients
* Maintain security procedures around sensitive data
* Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system

**What We Offer:**

* Type of contract: Indefinite
* Full-time rotative shifts, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and weekends from 9:00 to 17:00

**Requirements:**

* A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
* Interest in the banking sector
* Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
* Being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace
* Being able to handle sensitive data reliably
