Babel Profiles is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in building strong partnerships with top restaurants, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new sales leads through market research.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and negotiations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the company proposition and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
  • Onboarding: Assist during the onboarding period of new clients.
  • Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language Skills: Native level of Spanish and full proficiency in English.
  • Market Research: Experience in conducting market research and targeting potential clients.
  • Outbound Calling: Experience in outbound cold calling and sales pitches.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-motivated individual driven by achieving goals.
  • Sales Tools: Ability to handle sales tools efficiently.
