Join Our Team
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive market adoption and maintain expert knowledge on our complex joint reconstruction solutions, specifically the knee portfolio and robotics digital surgery platform. As a key member of our Robotics Digital Surgery & Joints team in Spain, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing plans that successfully commercialize our DPS knee portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess market opportunities and work with business unit lead and sales management to prepare and capture innovative solutions offerings across all joints in knee and robotics portfolio.
  • Serve as front-line robotics solutions to HCPs before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Plan and build tactics for joints 'knee' that engages loyal customers as well as competitive users.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles (including marketing and product management)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of medical device sales or capital equipment usage in OR setting required.
  • High experience with joint reconstruction in knees and surgical navigation.
