Regional Business Development Manager

Job Summary
The Regional Business Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth of Empresa Reconocida's presence in the region. This will involve close collaboration with senior management, country directors, and local partners to develop and manage regional business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the completion of KIP and BA files under the supervision of the BA/KIP Directors
- Ensure regular quality control of KIP/BA files and prepare and follow-up of Risk Factors clearance action plans
- Participate in periodical meetings with country directors and operational units for updating
- Support the Industrial Operations Director in KIP selection within a project, including justification and partnership memos
- Organize the evaluation of KIP/BA portfolios and related activities
- Ensure completion of services listed in annual agreements signed between Empresa Reconocida and operational units
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in business or marketing and have a first successful professional experience in an international environment. They will have a good command of English and Spanish (oral and writing) and be autonomous, rigorous, and self-confident.
