Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist - Operating Room, you will be responsible for visiting units where open and laparoscopic surgeries are performed, engaging in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses to propose solutions.
You will work closely with our international colleagues in the Netherlands to support tenders, price quotations, and customer requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify key stakeholders per product segment and manage relationships autonomously, utilizing our CRM tool to organize appointments.
- Demonstrate the use of our products to doctors, practice staff, and nurses during planned surgeries, supported by digital content.
- Meet or exceed quota expectations as established by product segment, both through direct sales and public tenders.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English, and at least 2 years of experience in the operating room as a medical devices sales representative.
