**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Order Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting customers across the French and French-speaking regions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer inventory, contracts, and quotes. You will be responsible for generating and supporting quotes, preparing contracts and order forms, capturing non-standard approvals, and submitting deals upon contract signature.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyzing customer inventory, existing and previous contracts
  • Generating and supporting quotes
  • Preparation of contracts/order forms
  • Capturing all non-standard approvals
  • Deal submission upon signature of contract/order form

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in French and English (other languages are an advantage)
  • Basic understanding of the sales environment
  • Ability to remain focused with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with ZUORA
