Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team in Valencia. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the right products and services, and ensuring that their experience with Helloprint is nothing short of WOW.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Help customers find the right products and services by proactively assisting them online and offline
- Practice our core value of 'Think like a customer' to ensure that every interaction is customer-centric
- Fluency in English, both verbally and written
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree and able to provide a University agreement
- Available for a minimum period of 20 weeks
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Speaking Dutch is a plus
- Solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- Dynamic and flexible personality
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Valencia
