Business Development Manager for Data Driven Services and Software Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in South West Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and developing our new portfolio of Data Driven Services and Software support Solutions.

Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, high profitability, and orders received through intelligent concepts of Data Based Services. You will drive a close cooperation within the 3 divisions (Motor Vehicle Industry, General Industry, Service) Sales, Marketing, and technical Teams.

You will report directly to the Business Line Manager (BLM) of our Service (SCE) business line and be in close relation with DDS & Software Team of the division. Position is located in Spain (headquarters in Madrid-Coslada).

Your Mission
  • Develop new potential business in the area of service
  • Generate market insights to position Atlas Copco Tools as a leader in data-based services
  • Get Enthusiast customers with the product "Alture" and downstream optimization packages
  • Be responsible for co-designing and executing sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results and set future goals for product and service sales
  • Ensure the coordination between Sales commitments and IT technical Team execution
  • Extend DDS-Alture Sales as options to various Service products like Contracts, Software Services, and Tightening Services
  • Roll out Market penetration activities, supporting local sales teams and presenting Alture to customers on site to achieve a high connection rate
  • Ensure follow-up appointments with the customer to make the added value of data-based services tangible
