As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful outcome of projects, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Your experience in program/project management and excellent communication skills will be essential in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will have a BS or BA degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of projects utilizing assigned project teams, standards, practices, and toolsets.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project activity is regularly reported to the client and performed as per agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution, performance, and safety from project initiation to completion.
  • Drive improved customer relationships through creating a work environment that is free of unfavorable circumstances or perceptions for either party, meeting or exceeding performance expectations of the customer.

Requirements:

  • BS or BA Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in program/project management.
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience.
  • Excellent estimating, scheduling & budgeting skills.
  • Proven experience in risk and change management.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity.
  • Team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
