Currently we are looking for **Post Delivery Project Manager for Original Equipment** of Coslada Operation product portfolio. This Project Manager will take care of the clients during guarantee period, providing necessary support and finding solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Main contact point with our clients for the assigned Original Equipment Projects after delivery and during the whole guarantee period.
- Coordinator during Commissioning & Start-up, following all the process and acting as intermediary between Engineering and Customer.
- Coordinator of the adequate resolution of the warranty problems that could arise during the guarantee period, minimizing customer harm under the promotion of action plans with a cost control perspective.
- Leader for managing subsequent Root Cause Analysis and ensuring the correct implementation of the lessons learned.
**Requierements**:
- Master's in Industrial Engineering, preferably mechanical.
- 3 years’ experience at field during Commissionings & Start-ups.
- Capability for managing complex technical issues under pressure.
- High English and Spanish level - other languages will be a plus.
- Availability to travel, approximately 25% of the time.
