We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to lead our intralogistics projects from small to complex, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project governance, team management, and customer engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dematic as a Senior Solution Consultant. Key responsibilities include:

• Data analysis on customer data to create material flow diagrams and overview materials to be handled
• Conceptualizing multiple intralogistics solutions, evaluating, comparing, and selecting the best fit for both customers and our organization
• Project governance within set deadlines and budget constraints, proactively addressing unexpected differences and escalating where necessary
• Ensuring compliance with commercial processes, taking into account both customer and internal milestones
• Identifying potential risks and opportunities, developing contingency plans to mitigate them
• Leading internal project meetings, facilitating effective collaboration among team members
• Preparing and conducting customer meetings/workshops in collaboration with the sales department, clarifying technical questions
• Cordination with external partners regarding suitable technology, implementation, and costs

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in solution development or similar roles within intralogistics or automation industries
• Strong analytical skills, proven data analysis, and material flow design expertise
• Excellent understanding of commercial processes, customer engagement milestones, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to draft clear proposal documents, manage total cost calculations, and ensure team alignment on project deliverables and timelines
