About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Vice President, Asset Management to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving value and managing risk through the generation and implementation of asset strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assets to execute business plans and maximize investor returns
- Direct operations teams to drive optimal performance
- Represent and lead relationships with institutional investors and lenders
- Monitor investments from development stage through disposition
- Lead cash forecasting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Evaluate investment and property operating performance
- Analyze and review financial statements and operational statistics
- Prepare strategic asset reviews and hold/sell analyses
- Lead monetization strategies across portfolio of properties
- Manage lender relationships and ensure lender compliance
- Visit assets and markets to monitor performance and investment opportunities
- Review and provide feedback on new investment opportunities
- Drive and manage revenue strategy
- Manage relationships with consultants, brokers, contractors, vendors, lenders, and legal counsel
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of prior real estate asset management and investment analytical experience.
They will also have 4+ years of prior Senior Living/Senior Housing real estate experience, as well as experience in budgeting, data modeling, real estate finance, and advanced data analytics.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, a strong communicator, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
